Разделы: #2,#3,#N,H#,S#.
Тема: фигуры в начальном (или конечном) положении задачи должны изображать елочку (см. пример ниже). Чем больше фигур образуют елочку (т. е. чем она более пушистая), тем лучше.
Не допускаются: некомплект, множественность решений (кроме h#), опубликованные ранее композиции.
Допускаются: задачи с соавторами, близнецы (если в близнеце фигуры также изображают елочку в начальном или конечном положении). 1. Начисление баллов
- за каждую фигуру/пешку (белую или черную), которая является частью елочки и которую нельзя снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 5 баллов. 2. Бонусы
- за каждый правильный мат дополнительно - 4 балла;
- вступительный ход с отдачей поля чёрному королю дополнительно - 3 балла за каждое отданное поле (кроме h#);
- если елочка строго симметрична, то за несимметричный вступительный ход - 20 баллов. 3. Штрафы (кроме h#)
- за каждую фигуру/пешку (белую или черную), нужную для решения, но стоящую вне елочки - 2 балла;
- за каждую пешку (белую или черную), которая является частью елочки, но которую можно снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 2 балла;
- за каждую фигуру (белую или черную), которая является частью елочки, но которую можно снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 5 баллов;
- за вступительный ход со взятием фигуры минус - 10 баллов, со взятием пешки минус - 1 балл;
- за вступительный ход с отнятием поля у чёрного короля минус - 5 баллов за каждое отнятое поле;
- за вступительный ход в #2 или #3 с шахом минус - 10 баллов;
- за вступительный ход в #N или S#N с шахом минус - 3 балла. 4. Штрафы в h#
- за каждую фигуру/пешку (белую или черную), нужную для решения, но стоящую вне елочки - 2 балла;
- за каждую белую фигуру, которая является частью елочки, но которую можно снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 12 баллов;
- за каждую черную фигуру, которая является частью елочки, но которую можно снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 5 баллов;
- за каждую пешку (белую или черную), которая является частью елочки, но которую снять с доски без ущерба для решения - 2 балла. 5. Выявление победителя
В конкурсе побеждает задача, набравшая наибольшее количество баллов среди задач всех разделов.
Технический подсчет баллов осуществляется по формуле: S = 5 * N + B - M, где S - оценка задачи в баллах; N - общее число белых и черных фигур и пешек, которые являются частью елочки и которые нельзя снять с доски без ущерба для решения; В - сумма бонусов; M - сумма штрафов.

Theme: In the diagram (or final) position of a problem, pieces must form a pattern representing a fir-tree (see the below example). The more pieces make up the fir-tree "picture", the better.
Not allowed: extra-set pieces; multiple solutions (except for h#); previously published compositions.
Problems with two or more authors are allowed and so are twins (provided that in each twin the requirement concerning a fir-tree picture in the diagram or final position is met). 1. Points counting
- for each piece/pawn (white or black) which is part of the fir-tree and which cannot be removed from the board without impairing the solution, 5 points. 2. Bonuses
- for each model mate, an additional bonus of 4 points;
- in case of a flight-giving key, an additional bonus of 3 points for each flight being provided;
- if the fir-tree is strictly symmetrical, for a non-symmetric key, a bonus of 20 points. 3. Penalties (except for h#)
- for each piece/pawn (white or black) which is required for the solution but which is outside the fir-tree, -2 points;
- for each pawn (white or black) which is part of the fir-tree, but which can be removed from the board without impairing the solution, -2 points;
- for each piece other than pawn (white or black) which is part of the fir-tree, but which can be removed from the board without impairing the solution, -5 points;
- for a key involving capture of a piece, -10 points; involving capture of a pawn, -1 point;
- for a flight-taking key, -5 for each flight being taken;
- for a checking key in a #2 or #3, -10 points;
- for a checking key in a #N or S#N, -3 points. 4. Penalties in h#
- for each piece/pawn (white or black) which is required for the solution but which is outside the fir-tree, -2 points;
- for each white piece (other than pawn) which is part of the fir-tree, but which can be removed from the board without impairing the solution, -12 points;
- for each black piece (other than pawn) which is part of the fir-tree, but which can be removed from the board without impairing the solution, -5 points;
- for each pawn (white or black) which is part of the fir-tree, but which can be removed from the board without impairing the solution, -2 points. 5. Judging
The winning problem in the tourney will be the one with the highest score among entries in all sections.
Technically, the points will be calculated according to the following formula: S = 5 * N + B – P. S being the number of points scored by the problem; N being the total number of white and black pieces which are part of the fir-tree and which cannot be removed from the board without impairing the solution; B being the total number of bonus points; P being the total number of penalty points.
